About Nagakute
Memorial Museum
織田信雄・徳川家康連合軍と羽柴(豊臣)秀吉軍が衝突した「小牧・長久手の戦い」。
長久手古戦場記念館は、その主戦場地である国指定史跡「長久手古戦場」に建つ
歴史の舞台を肌で感じられる体験型の施設です。
長久手の戦いに関する史跡地の距離感や臨場感を体感できるデジタルコンテンツや
「長久手合戦図屏風(六曲一隻)」復元模写(原本は公益財団法人徳川黎明会 徳川美術館蔵)など
を通じて、長久手古戦場で起こった事象、各武将の思いなどをさまざまな形で語り継ぎます。
In the past, there was the "Battle of Komaki and Nagakute”
where the allied troops of Nobukatsu ODA and
Ieyasu TOKUGAWA fought with the Hideyoshi HASHIBA (TOYOTOMI) troop.
Nagakute Memorial Museum is located in the nationally designated historic site
“Nagakute battlefield” which is the major battlefield of the Battle of Komaki and Nagakute.
It is an experience-based facility where you can feel the historical atmosphere.
Digital contents which make you feel a sense of distance and presence of the historic site
of the battle of Nagakute and the restoration duplicate “Nagakute Kassenzu Byobu (six-fold screen)”
(the original Nagakute Kassenzu Byobu is stored by Tokugawa Reimei-kai,
a public interest incorporated foundation, at Tokugawa Museum)
are provided so as to pass on the events that occurred in the Nagakute battlefield and
the thoughts of commanders in various ways.

三面投影のシアターで迫力ある映像と音響を体感し、臨場感溢れる戦国の一幕をお楽しみください。
大人向けの詳しい解説映像のほかに、お子様でも分かりやすいマンガをもとにした映像もご覧いただけます。
Theater room
This is the guidance theater which introduces the whole picture of the Battle of Komaki and Nagakute in an easy-to-understand manner.
Please experience immersive visuals and audio at the three-screen projective theater, and enjoy a scene of the Sengoku period with full of realism.
In addition to the detailed explanatory video for adults, the video for children created based on easy-to-understand cartoons is available.
長久手の戦いの舞台となった地域の地形模型にプロジェクションマッピングを投影します。
信雄・家康軍と秀吉軍の進軍する様子を時系列で展開し、兵の移動や陣形、攻防の瞬間を表示します。地形と映像が一体となっているため、戦いの全容を分かりやすく体感できます。
Projection mapping
Projection mapping is projected on the geographical model of the site where the battle of Nagakute took place.
The marching scenes of the allied troops of Nobukatsu and Ieyasu and the Hideyoshi troop are deployed in a chronological order, and the movement of the troops, the battle formation and the moment of offense and defense are displayed.
Since the geography and the video are integrated, you can easily understand the whole picture of the battle.
甲冑や手軽に着られる陣羽織・兜で戦国武将になりきり、写真撮影をお楽しみいただけます。デジタル技術を駆使した火縄銃体験など、ゲーム感覚でどなたでも楽しめるコンテンツをご用意しています。
Experimentation corner
You can enjoy taking photos with a feeling of a military commander by wearing Jinbaori (battle surcoat) and Kabuto (helmet), which are easy to wear, and Katchu (body armor).
We offer various contents that everyone can enjoy like playing games, such as a matchlock gun experience utilizing the digital technology.
「長久手合戦図屏風(六曲一隻)」復元模写(原本は公益財団法人徳川黎明会 徳川美術館蔵)や甲冑等、合戦にまつわる収蔵品のほか、プロジェクションマッピングなどデジタルコンテンツを通して、戦いの全容や武将たちの思いを様々な形で伝えていきます。なお、情報検索コーナーでは、「復元模写」の制作過程のほか、屏風を拡大して細部をご覧いただけます。
Permanent collection exhibition
We convey the whole picture of the battle and the thoughts of military commanders in various ways by using digital contents such as projection mapping, in addition to the stored battle items, such as the restoration duplicate of “Nagakute Kassenzu Byobu (six-fold screen)” (the original Nagakute Kassenzu Byobu is stored by Tokugawa Reimei-kai, a public interest incorporated foundation, at Tokugawa Museum) and Katchu.
At the information retrieval corner, you can see the making process of the “restoration duplicate.” Besides, you can see the details of Byobu with the enlarged screen.0

This is the visible storage chamber where you can see through the glass the inside of the storage chamber, which is not usually allowed to enter.
We offer a new viewing experience that makes you feel close to the items stored orderly in the storage chamber.
